Cooking is a skill which allows a character to cook buff foods and rice balls.

Cooking skill is learned from NPC Poh for 50 gold. Upon learning cooking a character is given a 'chefs rolling pin' which allows the character to cook food while standing in front of one of the ovens in NPC Pohs kitchen.

The ingredients for buff foods can be bought from NPC Poh.

Rice balls can be made from the following ingredients:
1 x Swamp Grass, or
3 x Fish, or
3 x Meat, or
2 x Ham, or
5 x Blueberries.

Making buff foods costs 25 soul points each buff food, rice balls cost 5 soul points each.
